Affiliate Agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Organisella Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Organisella” refers to Organisella.com, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Organisella Affiliate Program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
Affiliate Programs
The type of Affiliate Program with Organisella in one-time, meaning a one-time commission of 7.5% after every full purchase made with the Affiliate’s link / code.
Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.
Payment
An Affiliate can request a payment when their balance reaches a minimum balance of 10 DKK. Payments will be made on the last working day of each calendar month, at the end of the following month in which sales were made using the Affiliate’s link / code.
Example given: Sales made using the Affiliate’s link / code in September month will be accumulated and paid in total on the last working day of October month.
Payments will generally be paid out via PayPal.
Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the Organisella brand name for advertising purposes only. Logos and other assets belonging to Organisella cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Organisella. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Organisella.
The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Organisella or their relationship with Organisella in a false or misleading or deformative way.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email, message, or any other sort of distribution (spam) mentioning or referencing Organisella.
The Affiliate will respect different social media platforms’ groups’ rules and not breach those when advertising Organisella.
Example given: ONLY bag organizers are allowed to be recommended / advertised in ‘LV’ Facebook group (No accessories, competition, giveaway, etc)
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Organisella will be paid for any future customer transactions from the day of termination. Balances that are smaller than 10 DKK will be forfeited.
If Organisella chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than 0.01 DKK will be paid to the affiliate within 30 days of termination. Balances that are smaller than 10 DKK will be forfeited.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Arbitration
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the country of Denmark. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Modification
Organisella may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
